• Photos and descriptions are provided by hotels and we cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.

3. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a valid booking confirmation from us.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers. We do not store card details.
• You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please retain this for your records.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully before booking.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings or reviews
